Krissa started working with the Red Shoe Movement in 2021. Her goal was to elevate women in manufacturing through training opportunities to improve education and skill level. She needed the women to know that they were not alone on this journey. Working in manufacturing is challenging for all women. The answer lies in how we handle those challenges. Lewis Charles, HR Manager at the Woodridge Plant for Parker-Hannefin, asked Susan Dudley, Krissa’s mother, to carry Krissa’s torch by speaking to the women of Woodridge about her challenges as a female administrator in education. September 21, 2022 was truly a Red Shoe Movement! Krissa would be proud!!
